Michael provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car without making me feel pressured or talked down to. I really appreciated his honesty and patience in answering my questions. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and it was obvious that he genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was safe and that I understood the work being done. It’s refreshing to find someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, I highly recommend asking for Michael. He made what could have been a frustrating experience a very positive one. Thank you for the excellent service!

I came in to get a free brake inspection as I knew I needed new rear ones and as my car was in the air, torn to pieces, Scotty pressured me into getting so many more things by scaring me into thinking id break down. Afterwards talked to my father a REAL mechanic, and he let me know i got totally screwed over. This place is known for and loves to take advantage of peoples minds and wallets. I would give less stars if it could.

Beware they will oversell you!!! Staff are friendly and I’ve had fine experiences with oil changes but please pay close attention to any additional “recommended” services. Brake Check quoted me $1,100 for brake work. I took my vehicle to an honest, local mechanic for a second opinion and was told my brakes are perfectly fine to drive and have plenty of life left. Brake Check also recommended new tires but the tread measurements were highly inaccurate (they told me an 8 year old tire and a 1 year old tire had the same tread depth…). I won’t be returning due to the dishonesty! And yes, I am a young female.

Went in at 9 am to have an oil change & wheel alignment done. I was out by 945ish. I’m extremely satisfied with the customer service. Total for both services was $179.08. Michael was super helpful, he was also very informative. I opted for the 3 year wheel alignment option. Great job guys!
